What Can Be Returned?
Eligible for Return
- Books damaged during shipping or delivery
- Items that arrived defective (torn pages, broken spine, etc.)
- Wrong book sent compared to what you ordered
- Book significantly different from listing description
- New physical books in original, unused condition within 7 days
Not Eligible for Return
- Books returned after 7 days of delivery
- Books that have been read, marked, or damaged by the buyer
- Second-hand books (sold as-is unless grossly misrepresented)
- Free digital notes and PDFs
- Books purchased during clearance or final sale events
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
How to Return a Book

Get Approval
Our team reviews your request and responds within 1–2 business days with approval or next steps.
Ship the Book
Pack the book securely and send it to our return address. Keep your shipping receipt.
Get Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs for returning items are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged delivery, etc.). In such cases, we will reimburse your return shipping cost.
